Mel’s Monday Musings: December 28, 2020

We have made it to THE LAST MONDAY OF 2020, folks! Friday is the first day of a whole new year.

I thought about doing a retrospective for 2020 but good gods, where would I even begin? You know the headlines; you’ve lived through all of it too.

But you know what? For all of the grief and strain and strangeness that 2020 brought, it also reminded us of some very important things:

Good will always rise. Helpers are there in every crisis, every time. Fascism will always be rebuked by good people. And life is about love.

Life is about love. It always was. And there is so much love in this world. I am more certain of this now than ever before.

I don’t know if I’ll post again this year or not, but if I don’t, I’ll see you on the flip side. Be well. Stay safe. Dream big. And get vaccinated, so we can all run into the loving arms waiting to hold us as soon as may be!
