Mel’s Monday Musings: October 12, 2020

Quick good things today (because goodness knows 2020 is full of other things that are…not good):

-My oldest daughter had a procedure to remove a lesion in her mouth today. Everything went well, and although they’re required to send it off for a biopsy, the oral surgeon said it doesn’t look like anything scary to him.

-I submitted two paintings for consideration in the juried fall art show for my region. Fingers crossed they get in — and that they win prizes and/or sell! (Why not dream big, right? We could definitely use the income, and I’d love to keep the momentum rolling with my art career.)

-RAIN. We had such a dry summer that I’m celebrating every time droplets fall from the sky right now. 🙂

Your turn!
