No, Really! I’m Back (for good)

Hi, y’all! It’s been a minute again, hasn’t it?

This website is going to be under construction for a while as I revamp it to fit my current needs (and to hopefully make it both more complete and easier to navigate), but it will be functional the whole time unless I accidentally break something.

2026: Serious about editing. Serious about writing. Serious about art. Absolutely done trying to fit into a rat race I don’t enjoy, in a business environment that was never meant for those of us who sparkle and color outside the lines.

On the writing front, my children’s book manuscript (about a darling little creature called Little Leafy, whose concept art I can’t wait to share with you soon) is finished! I’ve begun the submission process, which my AuDHD brain finds extremely tedious. I always did prefer creation to marketing, but if I want to be truly self-supporting with my editing and creative endeavors, I have to buckle down on that front.

Pretty much every section of the site needs updating, from the background to the biography. Please bear with me; I’ll let you know when everything is as settled as it’s going to be for the moment, and we can all enjoy the revamped, better-than-ever Melstery.com, where you can read and laugh and relax (and hopefully buy my art, books, and editing services, all from one convenient hub).
